Located in the NE corner of section 20, on D.L.C. of Vincent Pietrok. Kiphart, Hollenbeck & Cusick DLCs are also located in this area. Located on a hill overlooking the North Santiam River, now private property.

The following information is transcribed from the EOT cemetery survey:

This cemetery is on the property of Lee Brown who resides in Stayton, Oregon.  This property is located about 5 miles west of Lyons in Linn County, just north of the Kingston-Lyons blacktop road.  The cemetery may be found on a fairly high hill overlooking the North Santiam River in a grove of trees.  it is completely uncared for and the few stones found were some lying on the ground and some broken.  We, Harley and Helen Haskin, visited this spot on May 30, 1968, having quite some difficulty locating it about a half mile from the road.  Note the birth date of one Limar Conklin Cusick, born Nov. 9, 1771, who died at the age of 93 years, making his year of death 1864.  No doubt there are many graves in this cemetery which are lost.
